Terms and Conditions

By requesting a quote, placing an order, or receiving deliveries from Nirman BuildMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions, whether conducted in-person at our New Delhi facility, over the phone, or via email correspondence.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a construction company, contractor, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

The construction materials market is subject to daily fluctuations. Therefore, quotations provided for high-volatility items such as structural steel, TMT bars, and cement are valid strictly for 24 hours from the time of issuance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

All products are subject to availability. Nirman BuildMart reserves the right to limit the quantities of any materials offered or to discontinue products without notice. In the event a substituted material is required to fulfill an order, we will seek your authorization before dispatch.

Delivery schedules are estimated in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for project delays caused by traffic conditions, local municipality restrictions on heavy transport vehicles (HTVs) in Delhi, or adverse weather.

• Site Accessibility: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible to commercial transport vehicles.
• Unloading: Unless crane or manual unloading services are specifically arranged and invoiced prior to dispatch, unloading bulk materials is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Wait Times: Vehicles detained at the delivery site for more than two hours may incur additional demurrage charges.

Materials must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any claims regarding quantity discrepancies, damages, or non-conformance to specifications must be noted on the delivery challan and reported to us within 24 hours.

Due to the nature of construction supplies, loose aggregates (sand, crush), unsealed cement bags, and custom-cut steel cannot be returned or exchanged once unloaded at the site. Returnable hardware or boxed items must be in original, resalable condition and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Nirman BuildMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the supplied materials, including but not limited to loss of profits, construction delays, or labor disruption.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or commercial transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
